A man was arrested for criminal trespassing at Rihanna's apartment building in New York on Tuesday (23May17).
A New York Police Department spokesperson confirmed to E! News that Salmir Feratovic, 33, was booked for criminal trespassing after being found at the building where Rihanna has a penthouse.
The spokesperson made no mention of the popstar but said Feratovic had visited the building before and had been told he was not allowed to return. Feratovic had been arrested for criminal trespassing at the same location in May 2016, and has had multiple prior arrests, according to the site.
Rihanna moved to New York around 2013 after she suffered a number of break-ins and burglaries at her Californian mansion, and even had to file a restraining order against an alleged stalker.
However, she has still had problems in the Big Apple as a man was arrested for allegedly stalking and harassing her at her New York apartment in 2014.
