Game of Thrones star Maisie Williams has joined the cast of the next X-Men movie - as a wolfwoman.
The 20-year-old Brit will play the role of Wolfsbane, a Scottish girl struggling to come to terms with her ability to become a wolf, in New Mutants, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
She'll join Split star Anya Taylor-Joy, who will portray teleporting Russian teen Magik, according to reports.
New Mutants is set to begin production in July (17). The film is scheduled for release in April, 2018.
Meanwhile, Williams will be back as Arya Stark in Game of Thrones when the cult fantasy series returns to TV in July (17).
She isn't the first member of the Game of Thrones family to join the X-Men universe - castmate and pal Sophie Turner portrayed the young Jean Grey in last year's (16) X-Men: Apocalypse and she will reprise the character, also played onscreen by Famke Janssen in 2018's X-Men: Dark Phoenix.
The two young Brits share more than X-Men and Game of Thrones roles - they also have a special bond away from TV and movies.
Sophie recently told InStyle magazine she'd be lost with her best pal.
"This has been amazing and hard," she said. "To have someone who understands what you're going through, who's the same age, who came from pretty much the same background - that is so rare. And we've had the same struggles in terms of dealing with body image and puberty and growing up in the public eye.
"I found my strength in her, and I think she found her strength in me."
