Rapper Ludacris had the shortest Christmas engagement - he reportedly wed fiancee Eudoxie Mbouguiengue hours after asking her to be his wife.
The Fast & Furious star announced his engagement on 26 December (14) after proposing by having the words "Eudoxie, will you marry me?" written in a field in his native Georgia as they flew over it in a private jet.
He posted photos of the words painted in the field on Instagram.com, along with the caption, "She didn't say yes. She said HELL YES!#milehighproposal"
Eudoxie reposted the image and wrote, "BEST DAY OF MY LIFE WITH THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!!! #milehighproposal."
It has since emerged Ludacris proposed on Christmas Eve (24Dec14) and wed his fiancee hours later, before a planned holiday in Costa Rica.
Sources tell TMZ.com, the rap star took his new fiancee out to dinner to celebrate and when they returned home, a wedding dress was draped over a piece of furniture. A handful of friends and family members were there to celebrate the impromptu nuptials.
The rapper has now posted a wedding photo online, captioning it, "Why wait? Did the thing before 2015. #mrandmrsbridges."
