Lindsay Lohan has settled a lawsuit with a paparazzo who sued the actress after she allegedly ran over his foot.

Grigor Balyan sued Lindsay Lohan at the start of 2012, claiming he suffered severe injuries after a car driven by the actress' assistant struck him while he was taking pictures of the actress outside a Hollywood nightclub in 2010.

Court records indicate the Mean Girls star came to an out-of-court agreement with Grigor Balyan on 2 May (13) - the day before she checked into California's Betty Ford Center to begin a 90-day, court-ordered rehab stint.

According to TMZ.com, Lindsay Lohan's insurance company will cover the costs of the settlement.
