Actress Lindsay Lohan received an unwelcome Christmas delivery this year (17) after she was slapped with a big tax lien.
The Mean Girls star stands accused of owing just over $100,700 to the Internal Revenue Service officials for earnings made in 2010, 2014, and 2015, according to TheBlast.com.
Lohan has yet to publicly comment on the report, but she is said to have demanded an internal investigation to find out why her financial advisers failed to handle the payments correctly.
The actress recently returned to her native New York for the Christmas holidays, after splitting her time between her home in London and Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates.
She recently explained the allure of living in Dubai to news show Entertainment Tonight, saying, "I love living in New York, but I do love the serenity and peace that I find living in the Middle East because there are no cameras in Dubai and I can actually focus on what I want to do in life. I don't always have to be scrutinized every second. I can have a private life and have a public life, but when I choose to. And I think that's really important."
