Kim Kardashian’s new fragrance line sold out in just six days.
Kim’s devotees snapped up all the available bottles of the reality TV star’s three new perfumes, Crystal Gardenia, Crystal Gardenia Citrus and Crystal Gardenia Oud, which are part of her KKW Beauty line and had a limited run.
The scents are no longer listed on KKWFragrance.com, though for those that missed out, more will be available from 6pm Pacific Standard Time on Thursday (23Nov17).
People reports the initial run of 300,000 units were sold at $35 for the 30 ml bottle and $60 for the 75 ml, which netted Kim an estimated $14 million .
Posting a video online, Kim told her fans how much it meant to her.
“Hey guys I just wanted to thank you all so much to everyone who purchased my fragrance,” she said to the camera while in a car. “It was such a successful launch. I’m just so excited about it. It’s almost selling out, it’s almost sold out, so I know you guys are going to love it and I know it was so crazy, it’s the first time sometimes really just sold it only online and without testers and without really smelling it before so it’s such an honor that you guys trusted in me. I know you will love the scent and I can’t wait for you guys to get it. It’s already shipped out and I can’t wait for you guys to tweet me and talk about how much you guys love the scent when you guys receive it.”
The three perfumes come in bottles shaped like crystals. Kim was inspired by crystals after friends reached out to her with healing stones after her Paris robbery ordeal in 2016.
This isn’t the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star’s first fragrance offering, and she paid homage to her 2009 namesake perfume with the use of florals in her new trio of scents.
