Reality TV star Kim Kardashian will not be indulging this Thanksgiving because she's not fond of the traditional feast.
While most Americans dine on rich foods like turkey, cranberry sauce, and mashed potatoes during the national holiday, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians beauty will be looking forward to eating a salad.
"I don't actually like Thanksgiving food," she told U.S. news show Extra. "I know that sounds crazy 'cause everyone loves it... It's too heavy for me."
However, the 37-year-old doesn't shun every tradition of the holiday - she will be fully embracing her lazy side along with the rest of the country.
"Thanksgiving, I love to chill and rest and that's what I plan on doing - no hair, no makeup, just sweats," she shared.
Normally Kim and her famous family members all gather at her sister Khloe Kardashian's house for Thanksgiving, but that is not happening this year, as her younger sibling is instead spending the day with her boyfriend Tristan Thompson in Ohio, where he plays basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers.
"Thanksgiving was always a Khloe thing," she noted, explaining half-sister Kylie Jenner is playing host this year (17). "Khloe is going to be away in Cleveland this year, too, so it's going to be a Kylie thing."
The Kardashians have much to be thankful for this holiday season - Khloe and Kylie are reportedly both pregnant, while Kim and her husband Kanye West are expecting their third child, a daughter, via a surrogate mother.
The reality TV clan is also celebrating signing an extension contract to keep their show Keeping Up with the Kardashians going for three more seasons.
"It's still fun," Kim said of film the program, before admitting: "I do need a break. As long as I get through the holidays, then I can be rejuvenated... We feel so lucky this is our job. We don't take it for granted."
