Kim Kardashian has shown off her generous side by donating $50,000 to charity.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star has handed over the sum to bosses at the Trevor Project, a suicide prevention organisation for troubled lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender teens.
Kardashian raised the money by manning phones on the trading floor of BGC Partners in New York at a 9/11 fundraiser last year (Sep11).
In a post on her blog about the event, she wrote, "The firm lost more than 600 employees in the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center in 2001 and on the 10th anniversary of the attacks, they donated all revenues from their trades to charities around the world. I was honored to take part!"
Kardashian isn't the only star to pledge her support to the life-saving organisation - Daniel Radcliffe, Adam Lambert and Kathy Griffin have also volunteered to help the Trevor Project.
