Kendall Jenner has dropped $8.55 million on Charlie Sheen's former home in Beverly Hills.
According to real estate website Trulia, the model has splashed out on the five-bedroom, six-bathroom home in the luxurious Mulholland Estates development.
The 6,625 square foot property contains a movie theater, expansive office and fully-equipped kitchen with a marble-topped island. Outside, Kendall's new home has an outdoor fountain, while the backyard features a swimming pool, fire pit, tennis court and playground - perfect for her nieces and nephews who live just a few miles away.
Former Two and a Half Men star Charlie owned the luxurious property until 2016, when he sold it for $5.4 million . He had initially bought the home for his now ex-wife Brooke Mueller in 2012.
Kendall has a history of buying homes previously owned by other celebrities. Last year, she bought a West Hollywood home formerly inhabited by John Krasinski and Emily Blunt for $6.5 million , but then sold it this summer (17) for $6.85 million .
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star's first property was a three-bedroom condo in Westwood that she bought for $1.6 million , but she recently listed that too.
When it comes to what she enjoys doing when at home, runway success Kendall told Harper's Bazaar in a recent interview that she's a big fan of low-key nights in.
"I'm a grandma, so if I have my way I'd probably be in bed by, like, 10," she said. "I'll watch a movie or something on Netflix. I'm a really bad binge-watcher. I have ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) and I'm impatient, so the last thing I binge-watched was Stranger Things when it was new, so that shows you how long ago. I love my sleep."
