Justin Bieber snubbed a meeting with fans after an object was thrown into his car.
The 22-year-old singer pulled over his vehicle in New York with the window wound down to talk to a group of waiting Beliebers who wanted a selfie with the star.
However, in a video posted on Instagram by The Shade Room, an object is seen being thrown into the car. After the Sorry singer asks “Why did you throw that?”, the unimpressed star tossed the item back into the crowd, before driving off, reports The London Evening Standard.
Justin's loyal fans seemed unconcerned by the snub with one shouting: “I love you Justin! We’ll see you tomorrow!”
The Canadian prodigy performed two nights in New York at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn as he continued his Purpose World Tour this week. On Thursday night (05May16) his show was attended by pop superstar Madonna, singer The Weeknd and rumoured girlfriend Hailey Baldwin who brought along her parents, actor Stephen Baldwin and mum Kennya.
His snub to fans comes a few months after the What Do You Mean? singer announced he would no longer do meet and greets during his tour due to a "security incident" leaving fans who had purchased special VIP tickets dismayed.
In an Instagram post explaining his reasons he wrote: "I enjoy meeting such incredible people but I end up feeling so drained and filled with so much of other people's spiritual energy... I always leave feeling mentally and emotionally exhausted to the point of depression."
Justin's next stop on the tour is Philadelphia, and after finishing his dates in the US and Canada the singer will head to Europe before wrapping up the 112 date tour at London's O2 Arena in November.
