Justin Bieber caused a fan frenzy during a radio appearance in Paris, France on Thursday (17Sep15) after a fight broke out among devotees who had gathered in the hopes of catching a glimpse of the pop superstar.
The singer has been busy promoting his new single What Do You Mean? in Europe this week (begs14Sep15), and hundreds of people crowded the street outside the station building on Thursday to show their support for the 21 year old in his first trip to the city since 2012.
However, as they waited for Bieber to emerge, some started pushing and shoving, prompting a brawl to erupt among the throng.
Video footage of the incident has since surfaced online, showing at least one girl on the verge of tears as she emerged with a bloody nose.
Bieber has yet to comment on the fighting, but he is no stranger to hordes of fans waiting to meet him in Paris - on Wednesday (16Sep15), he was assigned no less than 10 bodyguards to protect him as he made his way out of his hotel, where people had braved the rain to camp out.
As his chauffeur-driven car pulled away from the Royal Monceau, Bieber surprised fans by sticking his head out of the sunroof to greet the devotees as they screamed their appreciation, but his appearance only made it more difficult for his security team to try and keep the excited mob at a safe distance from the vehicle.
He eventually arrived at the city's NRJ radio station, where he sat for an interview and performed a mini outdoor show for his adoring fans.
