A judge has issued an injunction to a beauty company to stop them from using images of Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian.
Company officials have been fighting with the reality TV stars ever since they distanced themselves from the brand's Kardashian Beauty collection, a range which they had initially planned with the support of the siblings.
However, Kim, Khloe and Kourtney subsequently backed out of the deal when they failed to receive the royalties they were allegedly owed, and then insisted they had no involvement whatsoever in a fresh range of Kardashian Beauty products, which were launched by Haven Beauty chiefs last month (Jul16), despite the legal dispute.
Executives responded to the Kardashians' claim by filing a new $10 million lawsuit against the siblings for breach of contract. They also requested an order barring the stars from making "damaging" comments about the cosmetics company in public.
The Kardashians hit back with their own countersuit, accusing bosses of profiting off the use of their last name without providing any compensation.
According to TMZ.com, a judge agreed with the reality stars and has issued Haven Beauty with an injunction to prohibit the company from using images of the sisters.
The website reports there are "still legal issues to settle", but the victory is a huge step in the right direction for Kim, Khloe and Kourtney.
