Josh Groban is eyeing a hiatus from his music career to fulfil his theater dreams.
The You Raise Me Up hitmaker has shown off his acting skills in recent years with cameos in hit TV shows Glee and The Office, as well as a role in 2011 movie Crazy, Stupid, Love.
Groban has now revealed he is keen to tackle a stage role and is planning to take time out from his singing career to pursue his ambition.
He tells Reuters, "There are only so many albums I'm going to want to make before I decide to go and follow that dream for a minute or longer than a minute.
"I think that there will come a time very soon, hopefully in the next two or three years, where I'll take out a big chunk of time and dedicate it to theater and do some of that."
