The woman who was arrested at John Cusack's Los Angeles home on Tuesday (03Sep13) had been bombarding the High Fidelity star with emails and letters for three years, according to his legal papers.
The movie star was left spooked when Elizabeth Pahlke showed up at his property in Malibu on 29 August (13) and insisted on waiting outside with a letter.
He called police to have Pahlke arrested and took out a temporary restraining order against her the next day (30Aug13), revealing the 45 year old had been writing, calling and tweeting him since 2010.
In his filing, Cusack alleged Pahlke claimed "that the angels told her that we were together in a previous life, and that she needs to be with me now in order for me to remember how special she was to me".
TMZ.com reports that Pahlke returned to Cusack's house on Tuesday when she was informed of the restraining order, which will be in effect until 23 September (13), when a hearing will be held to determine if it should be extended.
Pahlke is now facing felony stalking and burglary charges after she allegedly tried to get through a window and scale a fence on the grounds of Cusack's estate on Tuesday.
The Raven star was not at home when the latest incident occurred.
