New mum Jessica Alba is suing the company behind a popular weightloss device for allegedly using her name and image to sell the product without her permission.
In her lawsuit, the actress claims she has been named among a list of people who have used the Belly Bandit, which helps new mothers get rid of baby weight - even though she has never endorsed the product.
The Fantastic Four star is suing for more than $1 million in damages, according to TMZ.com.
According to the suit, Belly Bandit's packaging even features an endorsement that reads, "Jessica Alba's #2 Secret for a Fast Post Pregnancy Slimdown!"
Jessica Alba is also demanding a cut of the cash Belly Bandit bosses made while using her name.
