Jessica Alba's perfect smile was ruined 10 years ago when she cracked her front tooth in a kissing scene with Dane Cook.
The actress reveals she now sports a fake front tooth as a result of the collision, which occurred in 2006 as they filmed the romantic comedy Good Luck Chuck, in which Dane ironically played a dentist.
"Basically, one of my front teeth is pretty much fake. I broke it in half," she explained on U.S. morning show Live! With Kelly. "It was a comedy make-out session, and we're trying to be really funny, and we were slamming against walls, back and forth, and I slammed my mouth..."
However, Alba admits busting her tooth wasn't the embarrassing part - it was breaking the news to her now-husband Cash Warren, who she wed in 2008.
She continued, "Then I went home to Cash and I was like, 'Babe, my tooth is broken,' and he was like, 'From what?' and it's such an awkward conversation: '(From) making out with some random guy...'"
Unfortunately for Alba, she then suffered another blow upon the movie's 2007 release as Good Luck Chuck was heavily panned by critics and flopped at the box office.
