James Van Der Beek is celebrating after becoming a dad again on Tuesday (13Mar12).

The former Dawson's Creek actor's wife Kimberly gave birth to the couple's second child, a son, and the proud father took to his Twitter.com page to announce the happy news to fans.

He tweeted, "Had my first son this morning... well, actually, my wife had him. I just caught him. Wow. Heart expanding way faster than my brain.

"If you could bottle up and distribute this feeling, I swear there'd be no more war... fatherhood."

The new addition joins big sister Olivia, who was born in September 2010.
