Rapper J. Cole had to postpone a concert in Vancouver at late notice on Tuesday (18Jul17) after encountering issues at the U.S./Canadian border.
The Lights Please hitmaker had been due to hit the stage at the Rogers Arena for the latest stop on his 4 Your Eyez Only World Tour, but fans were left disappointed after learning the show had to be bumped to Wednesday night (19Jul17).
Cole took to Twitter to break the news to followers, but did not go into detail about what had caused the hold up.
"Tour had Canadian border issues," he shared. "Vancouver show tonight postponed until tomorrow. Sorry 4 (sic) any inconvenience hope you can still make it."
Officials for concert promoters at Live Nation also simply stated the rescheduled gig had been "due to transportation issues at the Canadian border".
Following the new Vancouver date, Cole's 4 Your Eyez Only World Tour will next head to Saint Paul, Minnesota on Saturday (22Jul17).
