One Direction star Harry Styles is sporting a new tattoo after going under the needle on TV.
The pop singer agreed to add a new piece to his body art collection during an appearance on The Late Late Show on Thursday (03Dec15) after taking part in a game of "Tattoo Roulette".
All four bandmembers and host James Corden took part in the contest, inspired by game show Deal or No Deal, and Harry was named the loser, so he had to go under the needle.
Harry sat with a tattoo artist who inked the words 'Late Late' on his arm, and when James asked him how he felt, the singer replied, "I feel good... I'm a little woozy."
Harry then showed off the finished tattoo, and James branded him an "incredibly good sport" before giving him a hug.
A close-up picture of the star's new body art was posted on the TV show's official Twitter.com page with the message, "Fresh ink for Mr. @Harry_Styles! #1DLateLateShow (sic)."
The singers, who also performed at the end of the show, are currently taking part in a promotional tour to promote their latest album Made in the A.M.
They will give one of their final performances before embarking on a hiatus by filming a slot at the Billboard Hollywood Party, which will air during Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve With Ryan Seacrest show on 31 December (15).
Luke Bryan, Demi Lovato and Carrie Underwood are also among the stars who will help Ryan countdown to the New Year in New York's Times Square.
One Direction will be taking time apart in 2016 to work on solo projects.
