Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin spent Thanksgiving together.
The pair called time on its marriage of more than ten years in March, 2014, with Gwyneth famously branding it a "conscious uncoupling" when she broke the news on her website Goop. They have daughter Apple, 11, and son Moses, nine, together and despite the divorce being finalized in April (15) they continue to co-parent.
It seems holidays remain a family time for the former couple, who spent the Thanksgiving break together on Thursday (26Nov15). Gwyneth took to Instagram.com to post a group shot of herself with her children and loved ones, with Coldplay singer Chris standing at the opposite end to her.
"Happy Thanksgiving from us to you!" she captioned the happy snap.
Fans seemed happy the exes are getting on so well, with many commenting they were pleased to see him in the picture. While they're clearly making the best of a difficult situation, Gwyneth recently admitted it's been a rocky road.
"I think that it was very difficult for me that I couldn't do that and that I wasn't able to be married to the father of my children for the rest of my life," she told pal Nicole Richie at the Pearl xChange Q&A in Los Angeles. "It was very challenging for me in terms of having to re-assess what that said about me, ideas that I had about that kind of failure. Luckily my ex-husband is an incredibly good ex-husband and an amazing dad."
Gwyneth isn't the only one who shared a touching photo on Thanksgiving. Kylie Jenner also took to Instagram to upload a snap of her loved ones, including sister Kendall, mother Kris and father Caitlyn, formerly known as Bruce. Half-sisters Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian also made the photo, while Kim's usually moody rapper husband Kanye West surprised everyone by smiling broadly.
"Thankful for my blended family," the star wrote.
