Fifth Harmony and reggaeton star Maluma were forced to make last-minute performance changes in Argentina over the weekend (24-26Jun16) when a popular venue was shut down.
Bosses at Estadio Luna Park in Buenos Aires were informed they had failed to secure the proper permits to stage shows just before Colombian star Maluma's sold out show on Friday night (24Jun16).
With fans growing restless outside the venue, the star took to the streets and serenaded fans with an a cappella performance as they stood behind barricades.
Maluma posted a video of his impromptu appearance on Instagram, and added the caption, "If we can't sing at Luna Park, then we'll sing in the streets of Buenos Aires. We'll see each other soon."
Maluma, who was also set to perform at Luna Park on Saturday night (25Jun16), has rescheduled the two shows for August (16), as Luna Park bosses attempt to resolve their permit issues.
Meanwhile, girl group Fifth Harmony’s Sunday show was also affected by the venue closure, but they had time to switch arenas, and performed at the DirecTV Arena in the city instead.
