Emma Watson, Keira Knightley and Felicity Jones were honored at the Harper's Bazaar Women of the Year awards in London on Monday night (31Oct16).
The 26-year-old Harry Potter star has become known for her work with the United Nations and her campaign for equal rights for men and women in recent years, and Emma was recognized for her work as she attended the star-studded ceremony held at Claridge's Hotel in the English capital. The actress sported a Halloween-inspired Dior gown, featuring spooky embroidery such as bat detailing on the net skirt.
Other names who made an appearance at the annual ceremony included Keira, who was accompanied by husband James Righton as she accepted the Theater Icon gong. The actress received praise from critics when she made her Broadway debut last year (15) as the lead character in the Roundabout Theater Company's production of Therese Raquin.
Felicity Jones, who can soon be seen in the upcoming Star Wars spin-off Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, received the British Actress gong, while Gillian Anderson took home the Television Icon award thanks to her role opposite Jamie Dornan in hit series The Fall.
Singer Annie Lennox was recognized for her philanthropic pursuits, while veteran actress Vanessa Redgrave was presented with the British Icon award and The Night Manager star Olivia Colman won Outstanding Performance.
Meanwhile, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley was awarded the Businesswoman of the Year gong at the event, and said she was thrilled with the honor.
"This award means so much as it represents so many of my dreams coming true,” she told the audience while accepting the award.
Rosie has made a name for herself as a lingerie and nightwear designer as well as a model, creating several ranges for British high street store Marks & Spencer. She also recently launched her debut cosmetics collection for the store - Rosie for Autograph make-up.
