Emma Stone is still very much in love with ex-boyfriend Andrew Garfield.
The couple split last year (15) after four years of dating and the Birdman star is now single, but she was happy to talk about her feelings for her The Amazing Spider-Man co-star when asked about the romance in a new interview with Vogue magazine.
"(He's) someone I still love very much," the 33-year-old told the publication, admitting the break-up has been a challenge.
"It's been a good year," she said. "And sad. Pros and cons."
Emma did not open up about the reason behind the split, but, at the time, a source told People magazine it was amicable.
"There was no drama... They still care about each other," the insider said. "They still have love for one another. They are on good terms with each other and remain close."
The couple met and fell in love while filming The Amazing Spider-Man in 2011. Asked about reports of their break-up last year (15), just before they really did part ways, Stone told the Wall Street Journal, "I never talk about this stuff for this exact reason - because it's all so speculative and baseless.
"I understand the interest in it completely, because I've had it, too. But it's so special to me that it never feels good to talk about, so I just continually don't talk about it (private life)."
In August (16), the pair sparked rumors of a romantic reconciliation after reuniting for a day out in London. They were photographed enjoying a low-key stroll through the British capital's Covent Garden.
In the images, Emma was pictured smiling and laughing as she and Andrew chatted away while walking side-by-side.
The famously-private stars were careful not to show any public displays of affection and both kept their hands in their pockets for the duration of the outing.
