Ellie Goulding was reportedly called upon to take part in a risque airborne stunt during the Magic Mike Live strip show over the weekend (22-23Apr17).
The Love Me Like You Do singer paid a visit to the new Las Vegas revue, which was created by Channing Tatum and inspired by his Magic Mike movies, on Saturday (22Apr17) and was pictured sitting in the front row.
According to TMZ.com, she was called up by her rumored ex-boyfriend Jackson Williams, a dancer in the show, to feature in an airborne segment that a bachelorette usually takes part in.
In the stunt, Jackson suspends himself in the air above the stage with a rope under his armpits and under his feet so he is in a horizontal position, and a lucky lady sits astride his lap. Video footage obtained by TMZ reportedly shows Ellie straddling Jackson as they spin around repeatedly in the air and Jackson bends his body and wraps himself around her and rests his head on her torso.
Neither of them have shared details about the stunt on their social pages but Jackson has posted videos and images of him practising for it, including footage of Channing chatting to him while he relaxes in the ropes.
"Final tweaks with the boss @channingtatum before grand opening @magicmikelive #TheGovernor #family," Jackson wrote in the caption.
Ellie was rumored to be dating Jackson last summer (16) when they were spotted relaxing on a yacht in St. Tropez.
The show, which features 13 performers who dance, do acrobatics, play music and eventually strip, opened at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Friday (21Apr17) and celebrity guests have already included singer Leona Lewis, who caught a preview. She was surprised by Channing when he came out to meet her during her meet-and-greet session with the dancers.
