Eliza Dushku has appealed to her fans in a last-minute bid to reach her $60,000 target to fund a new movie, after several pledges fell through.
The Bring It On star has recorded hours of footage in Albania, her grandparents' homeland, for a new documentary, but she revealed last month (Jun12) she is struggling to find enough money to complete the project.
She asked fans for financial support, and even offered up a variety of rewards in return for donations - but with just days to go until her deadline, Dushku admits it is looking unlikely she will reach her target without more pledges.
In a series of posts on her Twitter.com page, she writes, "Real backers who wanna jump in + DO THIS. Time's a runnin' out + we got a production here.
"Just 51 hours remain + the campaign is in potential jeopardy due to some 'un-serious/silly' folks who've backed in + out. Need u dolls. Don't make me turn on them puppy-dog eyes... It'd mean the WORLD to me to rally one last PUSH!"
