Drew Barrymore has shown off her first child in a new magazine spread and admits she was so nervous about motherhood she struggled to sleep for weeks after the birth.
The actress gave birth to her daughter Olive Barrymore Kopelman in September (12) and has debuted her tot in People magazine.
Posing with her daughter in her Los Angeles home, the star opens up about how she's coping with parenthood.
She tells the publication, "I couldn't eat or sleep for two weeks, I was just so nervous!"
The Charlie's Angels star is adamant she and husband Will Kopelman will ensure Olive has a more stable upbringing than her own troubled childhood.
She adds, "I really wanted a wonderful traditional home for my kid. Will comes from a strong family, he provides a strong family. It just makes me so emotional because it's like a miracle."
