R&B star The Weeknd served up a real treat for fans in his native Toronto, Canada on Friday (26May17) after introducing fellow hometown hero Drake to the stage.
The Can't Feel My Face hitmaker touched down in Toronto for his Starboy: Legend of the Fall Tour and he called on his old pal Drake to deliver a surprise set.
Concert-goers at the Air Canada Center screamed in delight as the rapper performed hits like Jumpman, Fake Love, and Gyalchester, and warmly embraced The Weeknd as he wrapped up his appearance.
Drake later shared a photo of the pair onstage on Instagram, and commented on their big smiles in the caption, which read, "That about sums it up..."
It's the second surprise set Drake has performed on The Weeknd's ongoing trek - they previously teamed up onstage in London in March (17), days after the singer joined the Hotline Bling star for a show in Germany as part of the MC's Boy Meets World Tour.
Meanwhile, The Weeknd received a treat of his own backstage on Friday, when he was presented with his own arcade-style video game gift from venue bosses, who appeared to have used his tour title as inspiration for a personalized game on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES).
He shared a photo of the Starboy: Legend of the Fall present on Instagram, and captioned it, "thank you @aircanadacentre . most thoughtful gift ever !"
