Actor Drake Bell is a free man after spending less than two days behind bars following his DUI conviction.
The 30-year-old accepted a plea deal on Friday (02Sep16) and was sentenced to four days in Los Angeles County Jail, but good behavior allowed him to walk free on Saturday evening (03Sep16), according to TMZ.
The former Nickelodeon star was arrested on 21 December, 2015 in Glendale, California, after police officials spotted his vehicle swerving before abruptly stopping at a red light.
He reportedly failed a field sobriety test and was taken into custody.
He was later released after posting $20,000 bail, and was charged with misdemeanor DUI.
The arrest came five-and-a-half-years after the former Drake & Josh star was convicted of driving under the influence in San Diego, California in May, 2010.
California state law demands that a second DUI conviction within a 10-year timespan requires a minimum sentence of four days in jail.
Bell is due to perform on the High School Nation tour, which begins on 26 September (16) in Texas.
