Paris Hilton's younger brother Conrad has been charged with recklessly evading an officer of the California Highway Patrol following a car crash last year (14).

The 20 year old escaped injury when his car hit the back of another vehicle while he attempted to change lines on a highway in Palm Springs in August (14), and crashed into the back of a tractor trailer.

According to documents filed by the Riverside County District Attorney and obtained by TMZ.com, Hilton sped off following the accident with a traffic cop in hot pursuit.

It's Hilton's latest legal woe - in March (15), he pleaded guilty to simple assault following a meltdown on an airplane last year (14).
