Chris Brown is facing a lawsuit from an autograph hunting fan who alleges members of the singer's entourage stole his hat.
Marq Stevenson reportedly attended the R&B superstar's concert in Dallas, Texas last year (15) and handed his hat to Chris' associates in order obtain his signature.
Editors at TMZ.com report that Marq has filed a lawsuit against the singer, 27, demanding $2,750 as he claims members of Chris' entourage did not return his headgear and bullied him.
According to the gossip site, Marq is demanding $25 in compensation for his lost hat, $225 for his ticket to the Dallas show and $2,500 in damages for the alleged bullying.
The new lawsuit is not the most serious legal threat Chris has faced from a fan, as last year (15) Paul Briley, who was shot at the star's gig at the Fiesta Nightclub in San Jose, California, sued the star after claiming the venue had failed to implement security measures which would have prevented the shooting.
Four others, as well as Paul were injured in the incident. His lawsuit claimed that as there had previously been violence at the Loyal singer's gigs, and nightclub bosses and Chris should've foreseen the risk and searched concertgoers for concealed weapons.
