Chris Brown has been reportedly ordered to submit hair and urine samples for drug testing as part of his ongoing custody battle with his ex-lover Nia Guzman over their one-year-old daughter.
The singer was awarded temporary joint custody of his daughter Royalty on Friday (11Sep15), but the court victory comes with strict rules, according to TMZ.com.
Guzman's lawyer is said to have successfully demanded that Brown hand over hair and urine samples to check for drug use. If the tests prove positive, it could impact Brown's custody arrangements.
Reports also suggest the Loyal hitmaker's mother must also be present while little Royalty is in Brown's care.
Meanwhile, Guzman and Brown have been encouraged to attend mediation sessions to work out a mutual long-term custody arrangement, otherwise the case will go back to court.
The temporary custody arrangement that was granted on Friday means that Royalty will alternate between parents every four days.
Brown celebrated his first four-day stay with Royalty on Saturday (12Sep15), when he brought the tot out onstage at his concert in Albuquerque, New Mexico to introduce her to fans.
He also shared a photo on Instagram showing father and daughter playing before his gig. He captioned it, "Before the show activities. Playing doctor. Honestly I have more fun doing this than going out the club. #feelinglikeanoldman (sic)".
