Movie hunk Channing Tatum is out to prove he's brainy as well as brawny by enrolling for a class at Harvard Business School.
The Magic Mike star attended his first lecture on Thursday (02Jun16) after signing up for one of the top university's Executive Education courses alongside rapper-turned-actor LL Cool J and basketball superstars Pau Gasol and Chris Paul.
Channing was actually the subject of Harvard's first ever 'live case' in Professor Anita Elberse's Executive Education Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports programme.
"Participants shared ideas to help him innovate in the film industry," read a post on the school's Facebook page, alongside a picture of a beaming Channing.
During the class, the actor led a conversation about the impact of dance movies on Hollywood.
A scene from his now-famous Beyonce performance on TV show Lip Sync Battle was used as a case study.
On the show, he dressed up as the R&B superstar while trying to outsmart his wife Jenna Dewan Tatum, who was his rival on the programme, which aired earlier this year (Jan16).
He mimed along to Beyonce's Run the World (Girls) and was actually joined onstage by the singer herself - a magic moment that left Jenna stunned and speechless.
Channing bombarded the superstar and her assistant with text messages to persuade her to join him onstage, but he never expected her to agree and had planned to dance alongside a cardboard cut-out instead.
