Beyonce and Eminem have started the new year as they ended 2013 - on top of the charts.
Beyonce's self-titled surprise Christmas treat album rings in 2014 as America's top choice for a third week. Thanks to a solid year-ending 310,000 sales week, the new release has sold over one million units - in just 17 days.
She also becomes the first artist to land three consecutive 300,000-sales weeks since 2009.
One Direction move up a spot to two with Midnight Memories, while Eminem's The Marshall Mathers LP 2 also rises to three.
The British boy band celebrate another one million seller this week - five weeks after releasing Midnight Memories.
Meanwhile, Eminem and Rihanna's The Monster rules the Hot 100 singles countdown, keeping Pitbull and Ke$ha's Timber off the top of the chart. It gives Rihanna another countdown milestone - she becomes one of only three acts to land 51 or more weeks at number one with her 13th chart-topper. Only Mariah Carey (79) and the Beatles (59) have more weeks at the top.
Rounding out the Hot 100's top three is OneRepublic's Counting Stars.
