A collection of Andy Warhol's celebrity Polaroids, including one-of-a-kind photos of Liza Minelli and Diana Ross, are going under the hammer.
The iconic pop artist's 1960s-era series features exclusive, close-up shots of Minelli, Ross, and Sir Mick Jagger's former wives Jerry Hall and Bianca Jagger, and are expected to rake in up to $60,000 when they go on sale Wednesday (13May15).
Two sets of Warhol 'selfies' are also up for sale, including six pictures in which he is dressed as a woman, which is estimated to fetch $90,000 .
The Warhol Polaroid collection is part of Sotheby's and eBay's Contemporary Art Day Auction, which offers more than 400 pieces by acclaimed artists such as Jeff Koons and Keith Haring.
