Andrew Garfield has undergone therapy sessions to deal with his over-sensitive personality.
The Amazing Spider-Man actor confessed he suffered a panic attack after scooping a British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) Award for Best Actor in 2007 for his role in Boy A because the triumph left him feeling empty.
And he's revealed he has regularly undergone sessions with a therapist to talk about his emotions and understand his feelings.
Garfield tells GQ magazine, "That whole night was so shocking and scary. By the time I got home I started to have a panic attack... It was the result of pure adrenaline fall-off, and the realisation that although the success of the night had felt really nice, it was never ever going to satisfy me...
"Have I ever been to therapy? I don't know if I'm comfortable talking about that... Yes, I have been to therapy. And I'm not ashamed of it. I've always been a little reserved about it, but I've loved it."
