The prankster who pelted Adam Levine with sugar outside a TV studio in Los Angeles on Wednesday (06May15) has been sentenced to three years probation after pleading no contest to a battery charge.
Navid Farsi, 28, was arrested after throwing a bag of powdered sugar at the Maroon 5 star as he greeted fans outside the Jimmy Kimmel Live studios, and he has since struck a plea deal with prosecutors.
He pleaded no contest to one charge of battery, and has been sentenced to three years probation, as well as 20 days community service cleaning up highways and a course of counseling sessions.
Farsi has also been ordered to stay away from Sugar hitmaker Levine and the Jimmy Kimmel Live studios, as well as other Hollywood events.
During the proceedings, it emerged that Farsi had also been accused of recently throwing a rock at wrestler-turned-actor Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, and he was ordered to stay away from the Furious 7 star too, according to TMZ.com.
