Striking a Pose with Disney’s "Andi Mack" Stars

Hey guys, it is Audrey for Young Hollywood exclusively on the Andy Mac photo shoot set. A new show on Disney Channel. And the cast is showing off their best poses. They even taught me a little something, like this. With the stars of Andy Mac. Hi guys!

Hi!

Congratulations on the new show, by the way. It seems like you're having a lot of fun.

We are.

Too much fun.

Too much fun.

Who's having the most fun on set? Do you think?

Me?

No.

We all are.

Let's for anybody who doesn't know, tell me what Andy Mac is all about. Payton, you play Andy.

Yes, I do. Andy Mac is um a really special story about a girl and she's turning 13. And it's the show follows her and she's growing up and she's really finding out where she exists in the world and she has the support of her family and her friends around her. Andy is a very crafty girl. She's always making things. She's very artistic.

Who out of the cast is the craftiest?

I would say Payton.

You got to help out with some of the crafts that Andy does.

Definitely always include me in the deciding like what sort of crafts she's always doing which was really fun for me. It's just like a wonderland of crafts and like the Andy Shack.

I think you're pretty crafty in general.

So Payton's the craftiest. Who's the most likely to be hovering around crafty?

All of us.

Yeah.

We did love Air Heads and then we got those taken away.

What's the story behind that?

One day Payton was working and we decided to get some Air Heads. The second they call us in, our tongues are blue. And then they say Payton let's go back in. It's time to shoot another shot. Payton looks at me. She's like what? After that, Air Heads and any sort of colored candy was banned.

So you're saying I should have brought Air Heads?

Yeah you should have.

How much do you guys relate to your characters on the show?

I mean I relate, we all relate to our characters. Um I play Jonah Beck. He's a popular, sensitive, thoughtful guy and he's the captain of the ultimate Frisbee team and Andy's secret crush.

all of those things except anyone's secret crush.

Josh is the prankster on the show. You guys are so close. This is crazy.

We spend a lot of time together. People would always say, don't you get tired of each other cause you're with each other all the time. And so it's really funny because even when we were done with the day and you know everything was wrapped, we would still be like, okay, how can we stay together until the very last minute? We just wanted to be with each other all the time.

Tell me about your outfits because I've been very impressed with everybody's fashion choices here.

Well, these are outfits that we definitely got a lot of saying in, which was really fun because we really got to show our own personal style. And we're wearing some red for Women's Day.

Yes, definitely.

Well, since we are at a photo shoot, I think we should do a group shot, right? We have the whole band together. Why not? I feel like we need to channel an animal of some sort.

Okay.

Okay.

Yeah.

I'm feeling animal.

Tiger?

Maybe lion?

So we're ligers, right?

One, two, three.
