I'm good. How are you doing?

Good. How's your day been so far?

Good. It's been good. It's been a long one, but uh

5:00 a. m. start, I heard.

5:00 a. m. start. Yeah. Um and I've been back in LA for only about four days uh since we wrapped on the show. A lot of other people have been back quicker, but I decided to drive back from Toronto to LA alone, which takes longer. Which takes a tad longer and uh it takes about four days, but I made it eight cuz I visited family along the way. Driving alone as well. I haven't done that before. That was uh I find it quite therapeutic.

It It is, but you don't know what you can do. You don't if you haven't done it before, you know, you're not quite sure how long you can last before you have to, you know, uh hit the sack or something like that. I I planned everything to be like a 9-hour thing and found that that 9 hours I could do and it was more like 11 hours, 12 hours and then you start seeing things, so you have to kind of pull over at some point. Stop playing games with yourself being like, how long can I close my eyes for before I crash?

Yes. Yes. Can I close it for two lights? Yeah. That never works.

never works. No, no. So Nikita's now uh season finale. What was the mission before Alex? Because you've always believed deep down that there's something good about division.

There is.

Really? All these years Percy's manipulated you. Percy will pay for what he did. Trust me. The training for this show is quite brutal, wasn't it? Um learning the I mean you're quite effective anyway but

like um no, it's it's it's well, Maggie's the champion. You know, that's this is what she does and uh for me, you know, I played sports all my life but but nothing like this.

Now, Maggie's like a crazy vegan yoga. Yeah. Whatever. I don't know what you. A Voga. A vegan yoga. A Voga. I have not heard that one before. Voga. Probably not. I like this name. You better copyright that. Has any of the Voga rubbed off on you?

Um yes and no. Uh I have never done yoga before, but Maggie did finally get me to do that.

It's It's tough, isn't it?

ridiculously hard. I can barely touch my toes. Let alone go into a yoga thing. It's embarrassing. I I And and

Yes. Yeah. What is it the the downward dog which is.

I can do the downward dog, all right? But some people can do that and have their feet completely straight. I don't call them people. They're like just weird yoga beings. Yeah. No. I there I I can't do that but she can. And um I'd like to keep trying to get to that point. It's pretty It's pretty embarrassing when you just realize all the things that you can't do and you see all these other people else do it and you're like, wow, well, I got to work on that.

Before we wrap it up, we've got some quick Twitter questions because it's new age technology. Uh which I'm trying to figure out. And with with Twitter names, Danielle Lim 16. I'm assuming Danielle Lim 16. Okay. What is your favorite behind the scenes moment?

It's more of the the downtime every time there's there's a cut. Everybody gets along very well, so there's a lot of you're never going to see it, unfortunately in our gag reel apparently is is not funny. Um

That's why you can't lie behind the scenes. It was when they all got naked.

Well, we usually have pretty interesting moments on what we call frat day, which is we uh always seem to shoot till 6:00 in the morning, Friday into Saturday. So we all kind of get together and maybe have a plan after work.

Point of no return. It's quite an aggressive Twitter name. Um, what is it like working with Maggie?

She's an amazing human being, a great humanitarian, um, and uh, she's very, you know, hard on everyone in a good way of just trying to make sure that we're putting the best uh, work out there.
