We're here having lunch with Sarah Paxton, someone who we seriously think is on the verge to emerge to superstar them. Any pressure when we're saying that? Verge to emerge.

I think there kind of is a lot of pressure, you know. Now I need to emerge.

You've been on our radar for a while. We caught up with you at the Sydney White premiere a while back.

I've played a mean girl before and I think that everybody has a mean girl experience in real life to draw from. So how have things evolved since Sydney White and now? Little girls look up to me and be like afraid of me because I think that I really am Rachel Witchburn. So that's I guess it's good and bad. It means that I did a good job.

And now we actually we did another interview with you with Coco Chanel. This is Coco Chanel.

Coco Chanel is my dog, my Chihuahua. She's chocolate brown, so I called her Coco Chanel and she's really crazy and rambunctious.

So let's talk about the breakthrough role. Beautiful Life, CW. CW's got, you know, some of the hottest shows. We got Gossip Girls, 90210. It's going to be said in the same sentence as those, and you're the star of this show. I mean, what's that like?

I'm so excited. I knew that it was something really special. I just hope that the pilot would get picked up, and now it's picked up and I'm moving to New York and the cast, we've all become a little family, and I'm just so excited. I cannot wait to become a New Yorker cuz I'm a native California girl. So now I'm going to fold my pizza like a New Yorker and walk around the city and take cabs.

You're playing a model. Now models, you know, have to be in perfect shape and and keep their figures. So, grab one of these. Woohoo! All right. Here, Boa Steakhouse by the way. Very, very cool spot now. What would your character order? Cuz we took you to a steakhouse. Can a model eat steak?

No. My character would probably order the wedge salad. You know, crisp ice cream. But it's got blue cheese dressing.

You can have blue cheese dressing.

Yeah, on the side.

On the side. That's what models do, right? Everything's on the side. Give me a fry now, all right? That's not very model. Come on. I'm going to take a fry. She's going to take a fry. Look. She puts it in the sauce and everything. How is that fry?

Oh my God, amazing. But these aren't real fries. What kind of fries are these?

Sweet potato fries. They're healthy. They're model fries. Zero calories, zero carbs, no grease. And they're actually healthy. They have vitamins.

No grease? None. I'm all about the grease.

You don't know about model fries?

Oh no, I do now.

The show. Okay. Beautiful Life. If you were living the ultimate beautiful life, what would it be?

How ironic that I I feel like I really am living the beautiful life. I'm 21 years old and all this is happening to me and I feel so grateful and every day I wake up and I'm like, this is my life. Oh my gosh.

Where do you go from here? What's like lay out your career plan the next couple years?

I think it's really hard to plan things in your career because life is crazy. There's ups and downs and you never know what's going to happen. You know, you're up one minute, you're down the next minute. But I just hope to keep working and having fun and I always feel like as long as you're having fun, then you're doing the right thing.

That's a good outlook. I mean it really makes a lot of sense and as you said, because of that you're you're actually living the beautiful life.

Exactly. I can burger it right now.

Not my last burger. Are you kidding me? This is not my last burger.
