SACK SANDWICHES’S COLD FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH

Stax sandwiches is different because it's a chef-driven concept. The entire menu was designed by myself and our chefs. We basically put together a menu of food that we wanted to eat, but we put it together a little bit differently than everyone else does. That is crunchy, really delicious. This is like authentic bread. The cold fried chicken is definitely a customer favorite, but it's also the OG sandwich. When we had seven sandwiches on our menu, this was number one. Cold fried chicken breaded in cornflakes. Then we're making what we call ranch cheese. Two of the best things in the world: cheese and ranch dressing.

Smash those two things together, and you've got single-handedly probably one of the best things in the world. I'm really digging that ranch cheese spread, though. I think that's what kind of puts the sandwich all together, you know? I've never had ranch cheese before, but I need like a bucket of that. That's amazing. She asked for a bucket to go. Can I just like put this on everything from now on? And that sauce that's on the chicken, which gives it an extra little kick. I dig it.
