How To Take The Perfect Selfie With Sean O’Donnell

Thanks for coming. Yay. You've been working on so many things like this last year. You have a few films, right? You have one for sure where you're pregnant. Let's talk about that please.

Yes, Yes, film called Mama Boy. I filmed it almost two years ago now, which is crazy because time just flies by. Um and it's classic story. Classic story of a pregnant kid. No, it's um classic story of a high school kid. classic story of a pregnant male. Yeah, exactly. Um of a high school kid who just he has it all. He's captain of the baseball team, beautiful girlfriend, great family, whole 9 yards. Um and gets into a little situation. I don't want to spoil anything but um he becomes pregnant. Okay. Through some interesting measures. And um he has to kind of go through high school dealing with that especially like at a time where high school, you don't want anyone to look at you weird for any reason let alone being pregnant. Um so it's uh it's funny. It's actually very funny. Whenever I tell people about it, they're like, is it like a comedy or is it a drama? And I'm just like, it's a little bit of both cuz it definitely has like, it'll tug at your heart strings. Yeah. But it is very funny. I'm very happy with it. Being pregnant was definitely something I could live without ever again. because it was a whole ordeal. But um

So now when you eventually get married and your wife has a baby, you'll be like, wow, I can really understand where you're coming from.

Yeah, that's good. Yeah, it was the the first day I got there. I had to get to set way earlier than everyone else because I had just stuff I had to do fittings and whatever before. And one of those fittings was I had to stand just in my underwear for 6 hours completely still for them to basically glue this prosthetic to me cuz they had to like wrap it around me and the whole 9 yards. And I got to know my the woman who put it on me very well. Very well. Yeah, I'm sure. Um but uh I immediately called my mother and I was just like, thanks mom. Like I only spent 6 hours doing this. You did this for like 9 months, so like And she actually like held an actual child. Yeah, mine was like a pound and a half because it was made of foam and it was like oh yeah. It was insane. I'm obsessed with Paris. Have you ever been?

I have not.

Okay. I'm very sad about that. Both my my older brother and my younger sister Grayson and Jack they've both been and I'm jealous. very sad about it actually. Um so this So it's it's one of the places I've never been that I really want to go to. Which is why I tweeted that I'd rather I'd want to go to Paris. Please teach us how to take the perfect selfie. What are like your steps actually? Take us through your steps about taking a selfie.

Oh my gosh. Um I I don't do this often to be honest. Um but the right lighting is just the most crucial thing. Okay. As I I go for natural lighting. Some people use like studio lighting. Okay. I I actually do know people that set up soft boxes to like take selfies and like actual light kits and I'm like that's so intense. That's really intense. I can't do that. That would make me so anxious. Um I always do use natural lighting because makes the eyes pop, the whole 9 yards.

I mean when your eyes are that color though, they just pop already. So Gosh, I just need you to follow me around everywhere. Just keep complimenting me. That's really good for your ego.

Yes, it's helping. I'm just going to keep coming back.

Yeah. Um I always hold the phone horizontally. I never hold it portrait. I always just hold it horizontally. It's just like a thing of mine. I don't know why. I always got to go straight out and then up a little bit on a downward angle. It's like that's I don't know why, but I feel like that's what works for me. It's just Okay. Yeah.
