Let's give it a dunk. A little dip. I think people love the Portobello fries because it's something unique. It's able to offer something to maybe people that don't like mushrooms and kind of gives them something different to offer. The cheese, the saltiness really kind of really hits home. I love the batter on the outside because it's so delicious and it compliments the flavor of the Portobello. This is super refreshing and this is a little more indulgent so it's a nice mix. The bronzino is served in a very traditional style and that it's grilled which helps compliment all of the flavors of the fish.
And we serve it in a classic way with charred lemon, herbs, capers and it just really compliments the end of your meal. How beautiful. The plating itself is enough to make me just want to like sit here and enjoy it. Oh and you cut into it it just kind of just so tender. The flavor's very robust. That is a great piece of fish. I was gonna say the rainbow of colors just makes this dish come alive. Look at how cute the little vegetables are. They're adorable. I'm not supposed to do am I allowed to do this? I mean I want a little bit of crunch. Take a little crunch. That's what the carrot's for.
