Trisha Yearwood plans to prank Garth Brooks at last Vegas show
Country star Trisha Yearwood is planning to make sure her husband Garth Brooks' last Las Vegas concert is one to remember by pranking the singer.
The Dance hitmaker wraps up his long-running residency at Wynn Las Vegas on Saturday (17Nov12), and his wife has practical jokes on her mind.
She says, "Maybe I'll just go out dressed as Cher or something. I
should do that. I should go out dressed as Barbra Streisand. I
should do something."
But she's terribly proud of her man and the shows he has put on at
the Wynn, insisting they gave fans the chance to see the real
Garth.
She tells ABC Radio, "His sense of humor is great, and a lot of
people don't know that about him, that he's a goofball, and I think
that the Vegas show really allowed him to really show a lot of
people another side to him.
"I hope he'll take what he's done in Vegas and somehow incorporate
that into the big show.”
Brooks' departure from Vegas comes just as fellow country icons
Shania Twain and Tim McGraw and Faith Hill prepare to launch new
residencies in December (12).
