Lady Gaga is suing a Nevada company allegedly using her name to sell cosmetics and costume jewelry.
The singer claims bosses at Excite Worldwide LLC have applied to trademark the names Lady Gaga and Lady Gaga LG for their products without her permission, thus meddling in her own branding business.
In her suit, the Poker Face singer claims fans could be duped into thinking she's connected to the company.
The singer is seeking unspecified damages.
