Justin Bieber: 'Nasty comments hurt me'
Justin Bieber has confessed that he feels hurt by online criticisms and nasty comments about his behavior.
Last week (29Jan15) the Baby hitmaker made a surprise visit to comedienne Ellen DeGeneres' talk show, where he was visibly nervous as he apologized for his past bad boy antics, admitting he "did some things that weren't exactly the greatest".
Following the taping, Bieber posted a video online, telling his
fans that his nerves got the best of him, and on Thursday
(05Feb15), the pop star returned to the talk show to explain his
uneasy behavior, and the reason he felt the need to make a
follow-up video.
He said, "It was the first time I was on television for a long time
and I just was worried about what people were thinking about me.
Like I said last time, I did a lot of things over the past few
years that I'm not proud of.
"People often forget that, even with their comments and stuff they
think it doesn't get to me, but it gets to me. People assume it
doesn't bother me, but I gotta stay strong enough to just keep
pushing.
"I'm passionate about being better and growing so I think that this
is going to be an awesome chapter in my life and I'm so glad that I
have you guys supporting me."
The same day his second appearance aired, Bieber was spotted at the
Santa Monica Courthouse in California, where he was checking in
with his probation officer. The meetings are part of his sentence
stemming from his vandalism conviction last year (14).
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ.com that Bieber received good
reviews about his behavior over the past few months.
