Jennifer Lopez's boyfriend Smart placed on driving probation

Jennifer Lopez's dancer boyfriend Casper Smart has been sentenced to 12 months probation for his alleged involvement in a drag race.
Smart was taken into custody in April, 2010, after he was caught racing with his pals in Los Angeles and now the 24 year old has been ordered by a Superior Court judge to pay a $500 (GBP312.50) fine and stay out of trouble for a year after pleading no contest to the crime.
According to TMZ.com, Smart was not required to appear in court for
the case and an attorney entered the plea on his behalf on Tuesday
(03Jan12).
